橘子姜烤甜菜汤

橙甜姜烤甜菜汤

1磅甜菜,洗净并修剪
3汤匙特级初榨橄榄油,分为
1个大洋葱,切成薄片
2瓣大蒜切碎
4杯低钠蔬菜汤
2茶匙新鲜百里香
½茶匙海盐
黑胡椒粉
1-2个新鲜的无核橙子,去皮并切成段
1-2英寸新鲜去皮姜末,切碎
1/2茶匙陈年香醋
¼杯椰奶

将烤箱预热至400°F。  将修剪好的甜菜放在铝箔纸上,并撒上一汤匙橄榄油。 将甜菜折叠并用箔纸包起来。 放在烤盘上烤约45分钟,直到甜菜变嫩。 让其冷却,然后将甜菜去皮切丁。

在一个大锅中,用中火加热剩余的2汤匙橄榄油。加入洋葱并煮,不时搅拌,直到半透明和变软,约3-4分钟。 加入大蒜,煮一两分钟直到香。加入切成丁的甜菜,新鲜百里香和蔬菜汤,煮沸,然后慢火煮10分钟。

在搅拌机中,将甜菜泥混合,同时加入橙色和新鲜姜根。将原浆放回大锅中,加热至所需温度,同时在香醋和椰奶中搅拌。  Sea salt to taste.

装饰着橙皮和纯酸奶或椰奶。

 咖喱花椰菜汤
2汤匙特级初榨橄榄油
1大葱切碎
3瓣大蒜切碎
1大头花椰菜,切成小花 
4杯低钠蔬菜汤
1汤匙咖喱香料混合物
½茶匙辣椒
½茶匙海盐
1杯椰奶
新鲜黑胡椒粉调味
½杯南瓜种子,烤制
香菜叶子装饰

在大锅中用中火加热橄榄油。加入切碎的洋葱,炒至开始变成半透明。加入大蒜,再炒一分钟。加入蔬菜汤,花椰菜,咖喱酱,辣椒和海盐。用中高温煮沸。减少热量,盖上锅盖,小火煮至花椰菜变软。从火上移开,让其稍微冷却。

一次将2杯花椰菜放入搅拌机中,加入½杯椰奶,搅拌均匀。重复直到所有花椰菜混合在一起。用海盐和胡椒粉调味。如果需要,可以重新加热混合汤。配上烤南瓜种子和新鲜香菜。

1杯藜麦,漂洗
2杯水
3汤匙烤核桃油
1杯切碎的新鲜羽衣甘蓝
¾杯蔓越莓干
¾杯切碎的山核桃,烤
¼茶匙海盐
新鲜的胡椒粉调味

将水和冲洗过的藜麦烧开。盖上盖子,放慢火煮12-15分钟,直到吸收水分。

在干炒锅中,用中火烤山核桃直到香。新鲜的石榴可选。

花园甜菜鹰嘴豆泥

1瓣大蒜去皮
15盎司低钠鹰嘴豆或黄油豆,沥干
¼杯切碎的新鲜甜菜
1汤匙芝麻芝麻酱
½酸橙,榨汁
1汤匙椰子油
1茶匙红咖喱调味料
¼茶匙喜马拉雅盐或调味

在食品加工机中混合配料,直至变得光滑。将鹰嘴豆泥放在马拉巴尔菠菜或玉米饼的叶子中,并用新鲜的香草或豆芽作装饰。

“自制的格兰诺拉麦片总是很适合手拿快速早餐或什至是低钠且天然甜味足以满足您渴望的深夜小吃。 大多数商店购买的格兰诺拉麦片往往太硬,松脆,并且包装后的味道少了很多。”厨师Megan解释道。 将您喜欢的食材完美地组合在一起很简单“craveable”因此,更容易保持健康和令人满意的日常饮食生活方式。


烤箱烤麦片和新鲜蓝莓
2杯无麸质燕麦
1/2杯切丝的不加糖的椰子
1/2杯生杏仁片
1/2杯生葵花籽
2汤匙奇亚籽
1/2茶匙肉桂粉
1/4茶匙生姜
刚磨碎的肉豆蔻
冲刺海盐
2汤匙加温的椰子油
1汤匙本地蜂蜜
1/4杯杏仁奶或椰奶饮料

烤箱预热到350度。在大的搅拌碗中,将燕麦,切碎的椰子,杏仁,葵花籽,肉桂,生姜,肉豆蔻,海盐混合并搅拌。加入温热的椰子油,蜂蜜和杏仁奶,混合直至燕麦稍湿。
在带边框的烤盘上铺上羊皮纸,然后将混合物均匀地铺在锅上。烤20分钟或烤至烤。
存放在密封容器中之前,先冷却。与可选的纯有机全脂酸奶一起食用,并搭配新鲜的蓝莓顶盖,度过愉快的一天。

Use your food processor to rice your the cauliflower! This cuts down on the moisture content that frozen riced cauliflower seems to have when mimicking the rice.

My favorite is Spike seasoning with a little extra flair of red chili flakes!  Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 400 depending on how tender you like your broccoli.

I always recommend buying broccoli heads and cutting them when you are ready to use.  Cut them in long spears with the stems as it will help maintain  新鲜 ness and vitality that is locked inside.  Plus, the stalks of broccoli are full of nutrients and fiber as well!  So yum.

This year’s cranberry win goes to a cup of sweet red wine instead of plain water or juice to make my  假日  cranberry sauce pop! 

🍷With a sweet red wine, I used way less turbanado sugar (only 3 Tablespoons! ) to find my favorite sweet/ tart balance in this significant  假日  tradition.  I used allspice to add to the party and a slight squeeze of an orange with a twist of an orange peel to finish with a hint of its essence. 🌿

After Thanksgiving, leftover cranberries now make it to the charcuterie  board to pair with some lovely cheeses.

So delicious and filling with all those veggies. Veggies burger bites made with sweet potatoes,millet and northern beans rolled into rounds to resemble meatballs works like a charm.  No need to sell ya on the zoodles made  from zucchini and the roasted Roma’s blended into a sauce. Divine. 🌿
