瑞士甜菜配红薯和藜麦

瑞士甜菜配红薯和藜麦
2杯水
1杯藜麦,漂洗
2汤匙鳄梨橄榄油
1杯切成丁的煮熟的地瓜
2瓣大蒜,切碎
1束瑞士甜菜,约5或6片叶子,修剪和切碎
1/8茶匙海盐
新鲜开裂的黑胡椒调味
一小撮辣椒
1/4杯碎山羊奶酪(可选)

将水和藜麦煮沸。盖上锅盖然后转慢炖一下
12-15分钟,直到水分被吸收。搁置。

 将大汤锅中的1汤匙鳄梨油加热到中火。炒熟切成丁的红薯,直到金黄,然后用海盐调味。在另一个煎锅中,加热1汤匙鳄梨油,加入切碎的瑞士甜菜,搅拌1分钟。加入切碎的大蒜,海盐,黑胡椒和辣椒,再炒1-2分钟,直到瑞士甜菜枯萎。将瑞士甜菜转移到盘子上,再上烤红薯和藜麦。如果需要,添加山羊奶酪

枯萎的瑞士   甜菜  and  扁豆 与羊乳酪  

1 cup dried 扁豆

2杯水

1 teaspoon fresh  百里香,切碎

½茶匙   地面   孜然

¼  茶匙海盐

新鲜的胡椒粉 to taste

2汤匙特级初榨橄榄油

1个甜洋葱,切成丁

3 切碎的瑞士甜菜杯 ,叶子和茎

2瓣大蒜 ,切碎  

1/2   杯子碎的羊乳酪

​

地点   1杯   冲洗镜头 锅中加2杯水的平底锅. 快速中火加热,然后  减少热量  to low,小火煮20分钟或直到嫩。排水好。  用新鲜百里香调味的小扁豆,gr 孜然   海盐  and pepper to taste.  


In 在中火上炒锅热橄榄油,再加入洋葱丁。 炒洋葱3-4分钟  要么  until translucent.  加入切碎的瑞士甜菜 放入锅中煮2分钟至枯萎,然后加入蒜末再煮1分钟。 


加  seasoned  扁豆  to wilted chard and gently toss in pan.   撒  搭配碎奶酪。

Use your food processor to rice your the cauliflower! This cuts down on the moisture content that frozen riced cauliflower seems to have when mimicking the rice.

My favorite is Spike seasoning with a little extra flair of red chili flakes!  Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 400 depending on how tender you like your broccoli.

I always recommend buying broccoli heads  和  cutting them when you are ready to use.  Cut them in long spears with the stems as it will help maintain  新鲜 ness  和  vitality that is locked inside.  Plus, the stalks of broccoli are full of nutrients  和  fiber as well!  So yum.

This year’s cranberry win goes to a  杯子  of sweet red wine instead of plain water  要么  juice to make my holiday cranberry sauce pop! 

🍷With a sweet red wine, I used way less turbanado sugar (only 3 Tablespoons! ) to find my favorite sweet/ tart balance in this significant holiday tradition.  I used allspice to add to the party  和  a slight squeeze of an  要么 ange with a twist of an  要么 ange peel to finish with a hint of its essence. 🌿

After Thanksgiving, leftover cranberries now make it to the charcuterie  board to pair with some lovely cheeses.
