烤西兰花! -当您需要快速素食时 烤西兰花! -当您需要快速素食时 and delicious, drizzle your olive oil over your broccoli spears and season with your fave seasoning.  My favorite is Spike seasoning with a little extra flair of red chili flakes!  Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 400 depending on how tender you like your broccoli.

I always recommend buying broccoli heads and cutting them when you are ready to use.  Cut them in long spears with the stems as it will help maintain freshness and vitality that is locked inside.  Plus, the stalks of broccoli are full of nutrients and fiber as well!  So yum.

This year’s cranberry win goes to a cup of sweet red wine instead of plain water or juice to make my holiday cranberry sauce pop! 

🍷With a sweet red wine, I used way less turbanado sugar (only 3 Tablespoons! ) to find my favorite sweet/ tart balance in this significant holiday tradition.  I used allspice to add to the party and a slight squeeze of an orange with a twist of an orange peel to finish with a hint of its essence. 🌿

After Thanksgiving, leftover cranberries now make it to the charcuterie  board to pair with some lovely cheeses.

So delicious and filling with all those veggies. Veggies burger bites made with sweet potatoes,millet and northern beans rolled into rounds to resemble meatballs works like a charm.  No need to sell ya on the zoodles made  from zucchini and the roasted Roma’s blended into a sauce. Divine. 🌿

准备新鲜的蔓越莓美味的感恩节 准备新鲜的蔓越莓美味的感恩节iving tradition on this National Eat A Cranberry Day!  Try making your holiday cranberry sauce with a sweet juice like apple juice or sweet red wine so you can cut down on the added sugar that you’ll need to make them less tart! 🌿
I added only 2 tablespoons of turbinado  sugar and 1/4 tsp of allspice with 1/2 cup of the sweet red wine as my liquid.  Bring to a boil , listen to them pop and simmer for 15. 
All prepped for the holiday as they keep quite nicely in the fridge till then!  I do like my cranberry sauce a bit more tart than sweet but still delivers all those great beneficial nutrients like vitamin C to keep the holidays healthy! 🦃

你知道怎么打开新鲜的石榴吗?一世 你知道怎么打开新鲜的石榴吗?一世t’s the season to learn!  Super easy once you know and you will only buy them in their whole from now on. 🌿
Score the top around the bloom end without puncturing arils.  Score down sides 3/4 of the way on the natural ridges.  Turn over and pull apart into 4-6 segments and into a mixing bowl.  Carefully pull/pat outside skin until arils fall into bowl.  Remove white membrane.  Enjoy delicious and fresh pomegranate fruit! Full of potent antioxidants and fiber!  They will dress up any dish this time of year.
