奶油烤甜菜鹰嘴豆泥

奶油烤甜菜鹰嘴豆泥
3个大甜菜,修剪
1汤匙特级初榨橄榄油
3瓣大蒜去皮
¼杯芝麻芝麻酱
1杯原味全脂希腊酸奶
½新鲜柠檬,榨干
¼茶匙海盐
新鲜的胡椒粉调味
¼茶匙辣椒
新鲜切碎的香菜装饰
食用花卉装饰

将烤箱预热至400°。洗净并修剪甜菜。将甜菜放在铝箔纸上,然后用橄榄油淋上毛毛雨进行涂层。折叠并密封箔纸,然后放在烤盘上。烤甜菜直到嫩或大约50分钟– 1小时。从烤箱中取出,冷却约20分钟,然后再用小削皮刀削皮。

在食品加工机中,用S形刀片切碎蒜瓣。然后,将刀片更换为磨盘并切碎去皮的甜菜。切换回S型刀片,然后添加芝麻酱,希腊酸奶,柠檬汁,海盐,胡椒粉和卡宴辣椒,然后混合。鹰嘴豆泥转移到服务碗。加入切碎的香菜和食用花卉。与最喜欢的皮塔饼和新鲜的糖豆搭配。

饭花椰菜炒!饭花椰菜罐头 饭花椰菜炒!饭花椰菜罐头 easily replace rice in this dish! Sauté up your favorite veggies like onion, garlic, greens along with riced cauliflower and a few spicy seasonings 🌶 with toasted sesame oil  and you have a glorious plant based meal in a matter of minutes! 🌿

Use your food processor to rice your the cauliflower! This cuts down on the moisture content that frozen riced cauliflower seems to have when mimicking the rice.

My favorite is Spike seasoning with a little extra flair of red chili flakes!  Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 400 depending on how tender you like your broccoli.

I always recommend buying broccoli heads and cutting them when you are ready to use.  Cut them in long spears with the stems as it will help maintain  新鲜 ness and vitality that is locked inside.  Plus, the stalks of broccoli are full of nutrients and fiber as well!  So yum.

This year’s cranberry win goes to a cup of sweet red wine instead of plain water or juice to make my holiday cranberry sauce pop! 

🍷With a sweet red wine, I used way less turbanado sugar (only 3 Tablespoons! ) to find my favorite sweet/ tart balance in this significant holiday tradition.  I used allspice to add to the party and a slight squeeze of an orange with a twist of an orange peel to finish with a hint of its essence. 🌿

After Thanksgiving, leftover cranberries now make it to the charcuterie  board to pair with some lovely cheeses.

No need to sell ya on the zoodles made  from zucchini and the roasted Roma’s blended into a sauce. Divine. 🌿
