1杯香菜叶子,散装
10片罗勒叶
1枝新鲜的牛至叶
3瓣大蒜
2汤匙苹果醋
1/8茶匙碎红辣椒粉
1/4茶匙海盐
1/8茶匙新鲜黑胡椒
1/2杯特级初榨橄榄油

在食品加工机中,将欧芹,罗勒,牛至,大蒜,醋和碎红辣椒粉,海盐和黑胡椒混合。脉冲混合直至达到所需的稠度。将混合物转移到碗中,然后将橄榄油倒在混合物上,使其混合。将调味酱用于烤蔬菜或鸡肉串,以作便餐。

1束有机羽衣甘蓝,去掉茎
与选择的食物特级初榨橄榄油或椰子油喷雾喷
粉红喜马拉雅盐调味

将烤箱预热至350。将羽衣甘蓝切成3至4英寸的块,去掉茎。洗净并甩干切碎的羽衣甘蓝。在一个大碗里,撒上羽衣甘蓝和油。将羽衣甘蓝放在烤盘上,烘烤15分钟或直至达到所需的松脆度。从烤箱中取出并轻轻撒上盐调味。立即投放。

布法罗叮咬
1杯无麸质通用面粉
1茶匙烟熏辣椒粉
1茶匙大蒜粉
少量海盐和胡椒粉
1杯水
1头花椰菜,切成小花
1杯水牛翼酱
1汤匙椰子油(可选)

将烤箱预热至450°F,然后在纸盘上衬上羊皮纸。
在中等大小的搅拌碗中,将无麸质面粉,辣椒粉,大蒜粉,盐,胡椒粉和水搅拌均匀。将花椰菜小花加到混合物中,拌匀。让多余的面糊滴落,将菜花片均匀地放在烤盘上。烘烤20分钟,转动一次。从烤箱中取出烤好的花椰菜,保持烤箱打开。

将烤好的花椰菜片放入搅拌碗中,与水牛翅调味料拌匀涂上。将水牛涂层的花椰菜片均匀地放回平底锅上。放回烤箱,再烘烤10分钟,直到达到所需的松脆度。

我们现在正式迷上了柠檬草…充满了所有的治疗营养,并增加了“Holy Trio” that consists of garlic, ginger and 柠檬草 together in one food processor.  Individually, they all hold their own but together they create a flavor profile that sends the olfactory senses into bliss even before tasting.  Combine these three elements to create your own curries and delicious dishes and watch the healing of mind and body begin.  I am glad to finally have crossed over to the 柠檬草 world that brings such pleasant freshness to so the Garden dishes that are awaiting in the wings to be created and enjoyed.  Bliss out with the 圣三重奏 and let me know how you have used this combination to enjoy dishes on the next level of nutrition.   Cheers, MMM

柠檬草鹰嘴豆泥柠檬草鹰嘴豆泥
2瓣大蒜去皮
1英寸一块鲜姜,去皮
1根香茅茎,嫩肉
2杯煮熟的鹰嘴豆
1石灰,新鲜榨汁
2汤匙芝麻芝麻酱
2汤匙椰子油
1/2茶匙烤香油
1茶匙孜然粉
¼茶匙辣椒或红辣椒
¼茶匙海盐
1-2汤匙的水,如果需要

在食品加工机中将大蒜,姜和柠檬草混合在一起。加入鹰嘴豆,酸橙汁,芝麻酱,椰子油,烤芝麻油,小茴香,卡宴辣椒和海盐,直至达到所需的稠度。如果需要,可以添加1-2汤匙的水(或保存的鹰嘴豆液体),以保持一致性。与最喜欢的皮塔饼或蔬菜一起食用。

我们决定利用丰富的新鲜蔬菜在亚特兰大市上崭露头角&公司。这是一种非常美味又有趣的方式,可以通过电视播放漂亮的蔬菜来呈现和食用您的蔬菜!我喜欢烧烤带来的味道,以一种轻松而充满夏日感的方式真正创造出绝佳的蔬菜。一些蔬菜在烤架上保持良好状态,茄子就是其中一种。除茄子外,甜椒,红洋葱和波多贝拉蘑菇也很适合作为烧烤伴侣。我通常会先烤蔬菜,然后再将蛋白质烤在烤架上,原因有几个。首先,烤蔬菜在任何温度下都味道鲜美,有时我将它们放在奎奴亚藜或法罗这样的另一盘中,所以我还有很多准备要去。其次,蛋白质“griller”然后可以在烤架上做他们的事情,并提供热蛋白,因为所有这些都在经过一些素食准备后同时出现,因此您可以比夏天稍早点点菜,而夏季的烧烤又要花点时间!

½柠檬,榨汁
½茶匙海盐
新鲜的胡椒粉调味

3个新鲜花园西红柿,切成薄片
12片新鲜的罗勒叶,雪纺
淋上特级初榨橄榄油调味

将茄子切成½英寸厚的圆形切片。在小碗中,将鳄梨油,香醋,盐和胡椒粉打在一起。用混合物刷茄子的两面。将茄子切片放在中火的热烤架或铸铁烤盘上。在每侧烤茄子片约5分钟。

在单独的碗中,将意大利乳清干酪,大蒜,百里香,迷迭香,柠檬汁,盐和胡椒粉混合在一起调味。

将烤的茄子切片放在小盘子上。上面放一汤匙意大利乳清干酪,然后是一片番茄和一小撮罗勒。在上面放上另一片茄子,然后继续加奶酪混合物,番茄和罗勒3层。淋上特级初榨橄榄油,最后撒上海盐和胡椒粉调味。

Use your food processor to rice your the cauliflower! This cuts down on the moisture content that frozen riced cauliflower seems to have when mimicking the rice.

My favorite is Spike seasoning with a little extra flair of red chili flakes!  Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 400 depending on how tender you like your broccoli.

I always recommend buying broccoli heads and cutting them when you are ready to use.  Cut them in long spears with the stems as it will help maintain freshness and vitality that is locked inside.  Plus, the stalks of broccoli are full of nutrients and fiber as well!  So yum.

This year’s cranberry win goes to a cup of sweet red wine instead of plain water or juice to make my holiday cranberry sauce pop! 

🍷With a sweet red wine, I used way less turbanado sugar (only 3 Tablespoons! ) to find my favorite sweet/ tart balance in this significant holiday tradition.  I used allspice to add to the party and a slight squeeze of an orange with a twist of an orange peel to finish with a hint of its essence. 🌿

After Thanksgiving, leftover cranberries now make it to the charcuterie  board to pair with some lovely cheeses.
